Principal Responsibilities: •Starts and observes machine operation for conformance to specification. •Sets and adjusts machine controls according to product specification, utilizing knowledge of machine operations. •Selects and attaches work piece holding fixture to drive mechanism, and positions or clamps work piece to fixture •Removes work piece and examines to ensure piece meets specifications. •Maintains safe operations by adhering to a safety procedures and regulations.

•Daily e-commerce order and warranty processing, as well as supporting the VP using various communication and organizational skills •Maintains operational policies and procedures •Occasionally handle customer orders, calls, messages, emails, social media feedback, and complaints •At least 2 years of relevant experience •Proficiency and experience using computers and data entry skills •Rigorous attention to detail and ability to multitask •Process online orders according to procedures (print packing lists, sort, and create shipping labels) •Check all orders for accuracy. Correct and collect information from customers when incomplete •Communicate with shipping and the customer service team to ensure timely daily order fulfillment, pick-up, and stellar customer service •Process customer returns and warranty claims as per procedures •Maintain organized and up-to-date notes •Follow the daily checklist, tasklist, and assist management quickly and efficiently •Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses, and competition.
•Checking packaged goods to ensure they are properly bubble-wrapped •Sealing the container with shrink-wrap and staples or glues •Picking and packaging products, disposing and packaging products •Disposing of empty boxes and excess packaging •Determining the correct size to pack orders •Performing visual, weight, and seal inspections •Matching labels and orders accurately •Quality control using gauges, micrometers, and/or calipers
•WELDING AND SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED •MUST HAVE RESUME

•Cleaning, dusting, and maintaining the office areas, lunchrooms, locker rooms, test kitchen, R&D area, lab areas, grading office, warehouse offices, maintenance shops, halls, elevators, stairs, laundry rooms, storage rooms, and all eating areas outside. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & RESUME
